When ordering a gift certificate, please remember:
- Gift certificates must be presented upon arrival.
- There are no refunds.
- There are no extensions past the expiration date.
- We require a 24-hour notice on all appointment cancellations.
- If a spa package is scheduled and missed without a 24-hour notice, the gift certificate that was going to be used for that appointment will be null and voided.
